Simón Bolívar Orchestra of Venezuela Side-by-Side with YOLA orchestras As part of the LA Phil’s TchaikovskyFest, the Simón Bolívar Orchestra of Venezuela joins orchestras from both YOLA @ EXPO and YOLA @ HOLA in a complete performance of Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 2, known as the “Little Russian” for its use of Ukrainian Folk Songs as it’s inspiration. Stairway of the Stars Orchestra Celebrating 65 years, the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District has produced an annual musical extravaganza to share the outstanding music education programs in the district with the community that provides much of the support.
